When someone enters our home, instead of the standard, “Hey, how’s it going?” we’d much prefer our guest to arrive with a, “Well, good day sir!” That would quickly be followed with a tip of the hat and a quick adjustment of his monocle. What can we say, we’re gentlemen. Of course, as we enjoy a tumbler with our guests in the library, we need to have all the decor in order.
